Youth Convention – Central Eastern Visayan Field, Philippines

Cebu, Philippines—On July 24-31, the Central Eastern Visayan Field’s first Youth Convention took place at the LHBC Christian Academy in Argawanon, Cebu. The theme was “A Call to the Youth”. Approximately three-hundred brethren attended from different areas in Masbate, Eastern Visayas, Bohol, Cebu, and Negros Oriental. Brethren from the Western Visayan Field and Southern Mindanao Field also made the effort to attend.

It was a blessed week, full of activities to spiritually strengthen those in attendance. There were moments of praise, inspiring messages, seminars and workshops on livelihood, and time for fellowship.

We offer a special thanks to the brethren who organized and executed the programs. By God’s grace, the Central Eastern Visayan Field’s first Youth Convention was successful. We pray that the Lord bless the youth who participated, and we hope the messages they heard will bear fruit in their lives to God’s honor and glory.
